Let's begin with the front yard! One thing to understand is that this home is in nature. This home is very close to the Bushkill Falls (Pennsylvania's Niagara Falls!) Therefore, I would make it very comfortable and add an outdoor sitting area with a walking path made of stones or rocks. Low maintenance with a rock garden and add bird feeders all around. My landscape would be very snow-friendly and low maintenance. Especially if this home is a vacation home. Lastly, I would pave the driveway just for easy snow clean-up.
